About Danielle
"I completed my Occupational Therapy Degree in 2004. I have spent the majority of my career working with adult patients in a community setting, as well as working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. My experience includes extensive work with individuals who have spinal cord injuries, brain injury, neurological and amputees. Most recently I have been engaged in my private practice, delivering occupational therapy services to adults on the NDIS scheme. This role has involved working with complex cases and acquiring a thorough understanding of NDIS requirements. I have maintained an emphasis on teamwork and regularly collaborate with other stake-holders involved in the person’s support.
I am an approved icare case manager and FIM assessor and will be working within the Moore Rehab Outcomes team, servicing the Northern NSW area. Over the past 20 years I have developed a diverse skill set and a strong commitment to person centred care, facilitating each patient to achieve their individual goals and to address their unique needs."
