About Belinda
"I am an occupational therapist who has had the privilege of working with clients and families following severe injury in acute, inpatient, transitional and community rehabilitation settings since 1993. Case management and occupational therapy services have been provided to clients of all ages from diverse backgrounds. My focus has been on assisting people with cognitive difficulties and dual diagnoses. I provide holistic services to enhance client wellbeing and enable participation in chosen daily activities.
I love to learn and have undertaken post graduate training in decision making (PhD) and positive psychology (Graduate Diploma). I have learned most from the clients and families with whom I have shared in their journey.
I am the owner of Cognoscere Therapy Pty Ltd. Cognoscere Therapy collaborates with the client, family and treating team to help work towards attainment of client-centred and personally meaningful goals. We enable people to see their potential and create opportunities for their futures by taking time to understand their situation, needs, concerns and timing for change."
