About the Cram Foundation

Cram provides individualised support that maximises health, wellbeing and lifestyle for children and adults who have a disability. Cram has been providing support to the community since 1936 and has a positive reputation for staying focused on client priorities and providing a high standard of service.

The inclusion and empowerment of you and your family in planning of care and support is valued by Cram. We will work with you and your family to help you achieve your goals.

Health and physical support

Cram will assist you to manage your health and to identify and address healthcare needs. We will work closely with your health professionals to provide required health and physical support.

Social support

Cram is able to assist you with housekeeping and everyday activities where you need support, for example attending classes, social events, doing shopping or visiting the library.

Levels of staff support care

Staff have qualifications and skill sets to support people who have complex health care needs and services are monitored by our Registered Nurse. Based on your allocated hours of service, Cram is flexible and can provide staff when you need them. A 24-hour system is in place for emergency support.
