Southern Cross has extensive experience in providing care, support and services to people of all ages living in the community. Our services address the needs of people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries of any level including home ventilation and other disabilities. We have extensive experience in working with indigenous people and people from varied cultural backgrounds and deliver services in your own home including shared support houses.
Southern Cross was established in 1984 and is committed to providing high quality care/services to assist people to live in their community. We provide 24 hours/7-day service with support/advice available at all times - 1800 free call. We have Community Support Coordinators (Registered Nurses) who live within your local community available to assess, monitor and assist you and Support Workers who are trained to specifically meet your needs and who are supervised by the local Community Support Coordinator.
With our broad experience and local knowledge, we are able to assist you to settle back into your home and community.

Southern Cross has achieved ACIS certification and meets the National Disability Service Standards. We are an Approved Provider for the Australian Government and directly contracted by NSW, QLD and VIC Health Departments to provide all supports and services for in-home ventilation and people with brain injuries.
We are an active member of the Attendant Care Industry Association (ACiA).
