All About Caring's purpose is to provide people solution based, quality complex support so they can live to their potential.

About us 

In 2001 All About Caring was founded to provide community support to assist people to live independently in their own homes, and to enhance their quality of life. This continues to be the sole purpose of the organisation. All About Caring has been fortunate to support many people since that time based on our reputation for flexible support services and quality of communication with the individuals we support and their families/carers.

The individuals we support live in different states, in metro and rural communities, and encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and support needs with a high proportion of individuals who access our service requiring support for their complex care needs. All supports are individually planned to meet the specific needs, goals, and preferences of the person we are providing support to, in a fully customised person driven approach.

All About Caring is committed to working within a Human Rights Framework and expects all its employees to be committed to maintaining the rights of all people who access its services whilst adhering to their duty of care. We believe there is no one size fits all solution to care and support. This means working closely with each person and their family to ensure our services meet your unique needs.

We are a member of the Australian Community Industry Alliance (ACIA) and have achieved NDIS Practice Standards and ACIA endorsed Australian Community Industry Standard (ACIS) certification. We are an Approved Provider for multiple government departments with a strong focus on corporate and clinical governance throughout the organisation.

We have significant experience providing care to people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Services range from basic community access or domestic tasks through to complex 24/7 support for individuals with high clinical needs, including spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury.

Each person who receives services from All About Caring has:

  • A dedicated Program Manager to work with you and manage your program.
  • An individualised Support Plan developed in consultation with you to clearly agree on how the services will be provided.
  • A consistent, regular team of support workers to deliver the services – workers are selected and trained based on the skills and preferences most suited to your needs.
  • Access to our 24/7 on-call service to handle any emergency care and support needs.
