Organisational Resilience

The organisational resilience communities of practice enables agencies to collaborate on risk management improvements.

The NSW Government Organisational Resilience Community of Practice (ORCoP) brings together leading professionals from NSW Government Departments and agencies.

The community boasts members with a wide range of organisational resilience capabilities including:

  • Business continuity
  • Disaster recovery
  • Emergency management
  • Crisis management
  • Incident management
  • Protective security (people, information and assets) 

As part of the NSW Public Sector Community of Risk Management Professionals (CoRMP), ORCoP also promotes, implements and integrates innovative thinking and practices.

Membership is open to NSW public sector professionals accountable for the organisational resilience capabilities listed above across a Department or within a Cluster.
