Service providers

We understand that some service providers may not be able to provide treatment and care to our Workers Insurance and Care customers.

Service providers potentially impacted include GPs and treating doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, exercise physiologists, and more. We know that obtaining medical certificates and ongoing treatment in these communities will be a concern for some time as impacted service providers coordinate resources and manage their return to business as usual.

How to build social connections

Communities battling to recover from the bushfires and floods now have the added load of responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Maintaining social connections are even more crucial, including for businesses and their employees that are now operating from their homes. Social connections can help address psychological and social needs and prevent ongoing mental heath issues arising.
