Sara is a purpose-driven intrapreneurial leader who drives innovation through insights. By designing solutions based on real data, she aims to improve customer experiences and customer outcomes. However, her main goal is simply to make a positive impact on our customers and society more broadly.
Sara comes from a background in strategy consulting, and has industry experience across general and life insurance, asset management, manufacturing and transport, with a focus on growth strategies, customer centricity, and organisational efficiency.
In her role as Chief of Customer & Community, Sara leads the continuous improvement of our operations across the capabilities of customer insights, customer experience design, community engagement, and social investments through the icare Foundation.
