icare – creating careers of tomorrow
What an adventure we are on here at icare, and a unique one at that. Based on assets and liabilities we are one of the largest general insurance providers in Australia. But with the culture and ambitions of a start-up.
We have great ambitions to make tomorrow’s insurance and care services exceptional in NSW. But we can only do that if we have the right people in our team, who are passionate about making a difference to the people and assets of our community (and yes, that includes the iconic Harbour Bridge, too!)
We work collaboratively to think and work differently – a great place to work to achieve great things for our customers. And it really is an organisation where there is a one team environment and every colleague is a valued contributor in achieving our strategic goals.
commercial mind, social heart
We are passionate about what we do, because our work makes a difference to people’s lives. icare is all about making our customers' journey a simple, transparent and positive experience.
